Tad Snell is a native Texan raised in the beautiful resort area of Horseshoe Bay, Texas. In 2002 Tad and his family moved to one of the worlds most desired vacation destinations in the world, Los Cabos, Mexico, where he started his real estate career as a luxury real estate advisor for the brokerage firm of Engel & Volkers/Snell Real Estate. During this time, Tad quickly became a top producer and became recognized as a leader in the international luxury real estate industry. In 2017, Tad moved his family to Littleton, Colorado, acquired his Colorado Real Estate license and began working for the Engel & Volker’s Realty brokerage firm out of Denver, Colorado. In 2023, Tad jumped at the opportunity to bring his family back to Horseshoe Bay, Texas to work for the premier brokerage firm of Horseshoe Bay One Realty.
